Pricing policy of the publication

This academic journal operates on an open-access basis and provides editorial and publishing support for submitted manuscripts in accordance with the requirements of academic integrity, scientific ethics, and quality.
Manuscript submission, peer review, and editorial decisions are made independently of any financial considerations and are based solely on the results of peer review, the relevance of the materials to the journal’s subject area, and established editorial requirements.
The editorial board ensures the independence of editorial decisions and a clear separation of editorial and financial processes. Individuals involved in the review process do not have access to information regarding the financial aspects of publication and do not participate in financial procedures.
The amount, procedure, and payment details are determined by the publisher in accordance with the current pricing policy. Payment is made to the publisher and covers exclusively editorial and publishing services (scientific and literary editing, proofreading, typesetting, preparation of the electronic version, DOI assignment, etc.).
Financial relations between the author and the publisher are separate from editorial processes and do not influence the results of peer review or editorial decisions.
The editorial board adheres to the principles of transparency, equality of authors, and non-discrimination. Decisions regarding publication do not depend on the author’s academic degree, place of work or study, or sources of funding.

Publication Guidelines for Doctoral Candidates

To support young researchers, the editorial board accepts single-author articles by doctoral candidates (postgraduate students) enrolled in state-funded programs for free publication.
Free publication is possible provided that the submitted article meets the established editorial requirements, the journal’s thematic profile, and the principles of academic integrity, and successfully passes the peer review process.
Along with the article, third-level higher education students (graduate students) enrolled in state-funded programs must submit documents confirming their eligibility for free publication.
